Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time begin processing on the following business day.
Transit Time
After your order has shipped, standard freight transit is typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and carrier capacity. Combined processing and transit is usually about 4 to 10 business days.
A carrier dispatcher may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment for large freight shipments.
We offer Free Freight Shipping ($0.00) on orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
How Heavy Items Are Delivered
Many products ship via specialized freight / LTL carriers. Depending on the product and destination, curbside or residential delivery may apply, and lift-gate service may be available when required. Provide an accessible delivery location and a phone number the carrier can reach.
Please inspect freight for visible damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly with photos and your order number.
Tracking & Order Status
When your order ships, we email tracking information. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier system.
